awesome. let me know if u see any difference on the creatine. I just finished a bottle of optimum nutrition pills and was taking 10 grams (4 pills) a day. It didn't seem to make any real difference, but we'll see now, if i notice any difference after NOT taking it..

This brand of Creatine is working for me already. Recommended dose is 5 mg but I'm starting with about a half scoop. So far I like it!
