I remember this guy. He was one of the competitors of the Body-for-Life challenge back when I got started working out in 2001. That book really taught me the how and why of muscles growth and following a good diet and exercise way of life.

I am now 52 , so I don't try to keep up with the young hollywood actors or the bodybuilder types anymore. My fitness idols are the men who are my seniors, but are in great shape..

(this guy looks like the happiest grandpa, right?)
I mentioned it a couple time already, but I wanna look like this guy when I grow up..

or just healthy and vibrant like one of my favorite Filipino singers, Gary Valenciano who is 62 now..

Age is just a number indeed. Basta me, kape is part of my "not-so-healthy" lifestyle. I can't live without kape for a day! 🤣
not unhealthy.. its natural.. just like tea. one cup a day is good. even 2? 3? 6?
Sometimes, my second cup of coffee is Nescafe 3-in-1, Boss. 😂
A lifetime of eating a fairly decent diet and regular exercise can pay off!
Don't even need weights if you have a chin up bar and you add in a bunch of push ups. I see ads for chair exercises too, that look interesting. Just keep moving! :)

I began to understand the importance of exercise at 50. Now I exercise four days a week. I feel better, and most importantly, on the days I work out, I sleep better. I want these physical activities to become a part of my lifestyle from now on.
wow. 4 times/week is awesome! 💪😉👍
