6 stick crabs
Fish meatball

Mushroom buttons
Enoki mushrooms
Chinese cabbage
Lengkoas geprek
Lemon grass
Ginger cymbals
Lime leaves
Bay leaf
Mushroom Broth
Pepper
Salty soy sauce
Tamarind water
Ground spices :
4 red onions
4 garlic
6 red chili
Salt
Sugar

Make tom yam broth by boiling shrimp skin

Saute the finer spices until cooked and added lemongrass, greetings, galangal, lime leaves, ginger and acidic water of Java

Enter the mushroom stock and add sugar, salt, pepper and soy sauce, flavor correction

Put tomyum ingredients from crab sticks, fish balls, shrimp, button mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, tomatoes, mustard and tofu
