I've had a really nice week on Steem this week with plenty to read and many nice people to correspond with, so let's give a few lovely people a shoutout starting with......
@jenina619 is a talented young lady who draws caricatures of Steemians and smiles a lot. Seriously, what else do we need in life? If you're ever feeling a bit grumpy, go to her blog and I promise, you will be instantly cheered up! Lovely lady. This is her drawing of Steemits new boss, @elipowell
Staying on the talented artist theme, @aalagenesis is another extremely talented young artist from the Philippines. Another lovely person, she also set-up @creativestreet , a project bringing art and crafts to the street kids of Manila. Go check out one of her latest pieces here and also stop by @creative street and give them an upvote too for being a very worthwhile cause.
From art to economics next and the most well written, straightforward discussions about Steem economics I've ever read from @spectrumecons . I was totally engrossed in this top quality, well laid out article outlining suggested changes to the system of economics on Steem. Go take a look here, it deserves huge reward but is currently sat on $2.86, in a way making his own point, the best content is not usually the best rewarded. A new one on my following list but someone I will look forward them publishing their their next article.
Finally for this week, a gardener, but not just any gardener, an @organicgardener who posts lovely gently written posts about gardening with a smattering of natural medicine style posts. Absolutely infectious to read, take a look at his feed and his latest post How gardening makes you happy
That's it for this week. A gorgeous and diverse mixed bag which is why I love to come and devour written content. The one thing they all have in common though is that they're all under-rewarded. When you think about the shite on trending.....

What a lovely thing to say. Thank-you, but #followfriday wasn't my idea, a guy called 'steevc started it a long time ago and a few people post under this tag from time to time. It is a nice idea though for a postand to share other peoples blogs that you find interesting!
