I kind of felt the same way coming into this cycle. I had big plans about how I was going to take some small gains sooner, but then the cycle didn't happen the way other ones did, so I ended up waiting for something that never came.

Oh it was terrible and in some respects I could have got burned a lot worse. My plan was to sell the cars and put that money back into crypto but for various reasons that didn't happen which probably protected me from that money vanishing.
It was like fighting tooth and nail to keep money in crypto but in 2025 nothing really took off like crazy for me. Like a 10X or 20X that we could then rotate into the next rocket. 🚀 I knew once we were in that 39 day government shutdown and everyone seemed to be out of money and people weren't getting their EBT payments it told me the whole system is a house of cards on government assistance and grants and any disruption people were tapped out and didn't have the funds to risk in crypto.
Also the sports betting was distracting a lot of degens who would have been in crypto.
yeah, that is a good point about the betting.
