in #food7 years ago (edited)

After being known in the West as "sukiyaki hot pot" or exotic delicacies like "sushi", in recent years, Japanese cuisine has become more popular and appreciated all over the world. . Many tourists to Japan are tasted and satisfied with live fish or fried shrimp. However, few visitors will come to Japan for the first time to enjoy and feel the full diversity and splendor of Japanese cuisine as traditional culinary treats. Being eaten in Japan is an extremely enjoyable and rewarding experience for the rest of your life.

Today we will learn and "enjoy" the Japanese food is considered traditional and cultural characteristics of the country "sunrise" This is also the food that we can not. Enjoy while traveling Japan

1.Sukiyaki :

Sukiyaki is a home-cooked food, showing a warm gathering as the whole family is sitting around the kitchen table, picking up food from the smoky Sukiyaki pot. Sukiyaki is made right at the dinner table by cooking thin sliced beef slices together with vegetables, tofu and noodles. I ate this dish once, the restaurant owner was Japanese. Very cheerful, friendly welcome. One day I will come back to this dish again.

2.Tempura

In Vietnam there are also fried foods very similar to the Tempura of Japan. In general, the cuisine of Japan and Vietnam is quite similar so I can eat.
Tempura is a famous fried dish in Japan, it can be said that this dish is typical of the land of the rising sun. Although it was born after Sushi but Tempura brought fragrance, new taste, it is Japanese special love. Tempura is a dish that is fried in vegetable oil after rolling in a mixture of eggs, water and flour. Commonly used ingredients include shrimp, fish and seasonal vegetables.

3. Sushi

Just like Vietnamese rice, sushi is a Japanese dish used to make sure the belly. Sushi is one of the dishes never missing in Japanese meals. In particular, the traditional holidays, sushi appeared on the table with all the colors, flavors. Sushi is a small fresh seafood dish located above the small rice grains that have been eaten. The main ingredients used are tuna, squid and shrimp. Freshly picked cucumbers, pickles and sweet eggs will also be served.
This dish is similar to Korean gimbab. I eat sushi a lot because this dish is easy to eat.

4.Sashimi

Japanese people love to eat fish, so they are one of the smartest people in the world.

If Sushi is a symbol of Japanese culinary culture at traditional parties combining the flavor of Green and sea, Sashimi is the 'queen' of pure taste from the ocean. Sashimi is a traditional Japanese dish whose main ingredients are mainly fresh seafood. Seafood used to make Sashimi must have a "standard sashimi", which is caught by separate utensils, immediately after being handled in accordance with a special procedure to ensure the freshness of each Sashimi.

5.Soba and Udon

This type of noodles I have not eaten yet. But I have heard many articles, and this noodle is very famous. Soba and udon are two types of noodles in Japan. Soba is made from buckwheat flour and flour udon. They are served with broth or are used in potable water and there are always available hundreds of particularly delicious varieties of these two types of noodles.

6.Tonkatsu

Tonkatsu was born in the late 19th century and is a popular dish in Japan. The ingredients include a packet of fried dough, one to two centimeters thick pork tenderloin and sliced into pieces, usually served with cabbage and miso soup. You can also use the meat and breast meat back; The meat is salted, peppered and lightly sprinkled with a layer of flour, then dipped in egg and fried with fried flour before frying.
