Chicken with vegetables and rice🍚

📌Easy hot dish with soft taste and full of vitamins. A good option a hearty lunch. Chicken in the recipe you can substitute any other meat to taste.

📜Ingredients:
✅Leek — 0,5 PCs.
✅Sweet red pepper (paprika) — 1 piece
✅Mushrooms — 250 g
✅Chicken fillet — 600 g
✅Salt to taste
✅Black pepper to taste
✅Butter — 2 tbsp
✅Black peppercorns — 2 tbsp
✅Cream 20-22% — 200 ml
✅Starch — 1 tsp
✅Long grain rice — 500 g

Preparation:
1️⃣Start with the fact that the cut half of the stalk of leek and sweet pepper. My mushrooms, detachable legs, and hats finely cut.
2️⃣Chicken fillet cut into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3️⃣In a pan heat some butter, put the fillet, peppers, onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4️⃣When the vegetables are soft, add the pepper and pour in the whipped cream. try the taste.
5️⃣So that the sauce thickens, add a little starch. Bring to desired consistency, stirring constantly. If necessary, add water.
6️⃣Cook the rice, put on plate, put chicken and vegetables. Ready!
