Braised pork.

Ingredients.

  • 500 grams of pork rib.
  • Green onion (chopped).
  • 3 slices of ginger.
  • 40 grams of Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce.

Instructions.

  • Cut the pork ribs into pieces. Add it into the sauce pan with ginger, green onion. Bring to a boil, drain and rinse well.
  • Then heat oil in the frying pan, add pork and stir fry well, add a little of salt for soak up, continue to cook for a minute.
  • Then add a little of water, oyster sauce, bring to a boil, then simmer until the pork is soak up, when the sauce is thickened, add salt to taste, turn off the heat.
  • Serve with cooked rice.
