That is a great selection of recipes, I love the idea to freeze so soup for next time, if we are planning to travel for couple of days I do freeze some for the case when we are back we do need to cook immediately and just warm it up. Pumpkin sou is really delicious, I will definitely try your recipe.
Thank you for selection of pumpkin recipes, I usually buy muscat pumpkin and like to buy the whole it is very juicy and sweet. But often I have so much left, so no idea what to do. In your collection with cookies cakes you can store them for few days.
