PISANG GORENG PANDAN

Hujan-hujan gini pengen PISANG GORENG PANDAN.

BAHAN:
1 sisir pisang raja, potong kipas. Sisihkan
Minyak goreng secukupnya
Larutan tepung:
150 gr tp beras
100 gr tp terigu
50 gr tp maizena
1 sdm tepung susu
230 ml air
Garam secukupnya
1 sdm potongan daun pandan

Cara:
Campur semua larutan tepung dengan garam dan air, aduk rata hingga tidak berbulir, masukkan daun pandan.
Ambil pisang, celupkan dalam tepung, goreng dalam minyak panas hingga matang. Angkat dan sajikan.
