Much more than ice cream
Soy fanatico del helado desde que nací. Pobre todo tipo de helados, y sigo probando todo tipo de ellos. Los más caros, los más baratos, los que son de barrio y los que son boutique. Esta heladería que les voy a mostrar hoy queda en el barrio de Palermo. Pero me equivoco al decir heladería porque es mucho más que una. Se hacen llamar cocina de helados, postres, golosinas, frutos, flores, hojas, raíces, tallos y semillas. Es una heladería que se sale de lo clásico, porque experimenta con todo, se anima a los errores y de los errores salen cosas maravillosas!

I saw a box of sweets, it seemed like a good opportunity to buy one and take it to my nephew because I know she is a fan and they are also healthier than the ones from the kiosk that have a thousand preservatives, but these ones don't. The truth is that we spent an afternoon with pure flavors and textures where the girls ate different frozen desserts than they had tried and I tried different flavors that brought me very cool ideas to be able to. The truth is they serve you well and if you order a dessert instead of ice cream they prepare it just as well and quickly as when they serve you ice cream. De estos lugares es de donde a una persona como a mi le gusta ver admirar y hasta conversar para ver que piensan más allá del negocio, sino para entender su razonamiento a la hora de crear cosas nuevas. Así es que como unas amigas no tenían esta heladería y estamos antojados, nos dimos una vuelta para que ellas conozcan y de paso me tomaba uno yo también. Cuando llegamos estaba lleno hasta los dientes. Tuvimos una cola de 20 personas antes que nosotros. Evidentemente son muy famosos, pero no nos preocupamos porque la gente era atendida muy rápidamente.
Las chicas no quisieron pedir helado en la forma convencional osea nada de vasito, pote ni cucurucho, pidieron unos postres con helado que no podía más, yo me pedí un helado porque quería probar un par de gustos diferentes. Tienen una carta de sabores clásicos que sostienen durante todo el año y después tienen sabores de estación que van rotando todo el tiempo. Además de tener los postres que les mencionaba y todas las golosinas y demás cositas.
Fijense que heladería tiene una carta y encima miren la cantidad de hojas que tiene. Literalmente la oferta de opciones que tiene es sorprendente y realmente de lo que pude probar hasta ahora es muy buenas
Yo vi una caja de golosinas me parecio una buena oportunidad para comprar una y llevarle a mi sobri porque se que es fanática y además son más sanas que las de kiosco que tiene mil conservantes en cambio estas no. La verdad que para un amante del helado como yo si tenía la posibilidad hacia una degustación de todos los helados que estaban disponibles. Me alquilaba una hamaca paraguaya y me quedaba reposando hasta poder seguir comiendo y probar todo.
Lo cierto es que pasamos una tarde a puros sabores y texturas en donde las chicas comieron postres helados diferentes a lo habian probado y yo probé sabores diferentes que me trajeron ideas muy copadas para poder. La verdad te atienden recontra bien y si te pedís un postre en vez de un helado lo preparan igual de bien y rápido como cuando te sirven un helado. La verdad es muy recomendable para quienes les guste el helado o lo dulce y tengan ganas de probar algo realmente distinto y de calidad.
jajaja la cara de Nati cuando comió el primer bocado muy graciosa. Obvio que estaba haciendo un poco de teatro para la cámara, cosa que le encanta
