Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of "Cauliflower, Carrots and Potatoes Fry"*
Ingredients:
Cauliflower
Carrots
Potatoes
Onion
Green chilli
Turmeric powder
Tomato
Salt
Oil
Process:
Take a pan. Add oil then add onion, green chilli and tomato. Fry with adding salt. Then in the other side cut cauliflower carrots and potatoes into small pieces and keep aside. Put into the pan and add turmeric powder. Mix well and cook. Cover and let it tendered. Check in between and garnish with with coriander leaf.
Serve with Hot Rice or Bread.
As simple as that!
