Today I'm gonna share with you all the recipe of "Cow's Leg (Neheri)."
Ingredients:
Cow's leg
Onions
Cumin powder
Coriender powder
Turmaric powder
Red chilli powder
Whole spices
Salt
Green chillis
Oil
Process:
Take pressure cooker. Add oil. Put onions and whole spices. Fry it sometime. Then add all the spices. Fry it with adding some water. When spices will be well fried add neheri and fry well. Add water and let it boil. Cover it by put on the lid. Get witchels and turn off the stove.
Serve hot.
