Today I'm gonna share with you all the recipe of "Pomfret Fry"
Ingredients:
Pomfret fish
Turmeric powder
Red chili powder
Orange juice
Salt
Oil
Process:
Take a dish. Get fish clean and dry. In an another bowl put turmaric powder, red chili powder and salt. Mix with orange juice. Make a thick paste. Mix with Pomfret fish. Mix well that spices go inside. Marinate for sometime. Take a frying pan add oil. Put fish one by one and fry. Get a golden brown color and put out from the pan. Serve in a dish.
Serve with rice.
