Momo.
The outer covering of the rose momo comprise of spinach carrot and beetroot which gives the color orange green and red. And is stuffed with minced chicken keema served with peanut achaar. I loved the achar so much and the taste of carrot and beetroot was noticeable while eating the momo. Due to the rose shape, the dough are high in amount so I recommend everyone to eat when its hot and light.
