As you see, the maewoontang means hot spicy soup.
This red soup mainly comes from red papper.
Sometimes they use very hot red papper to stimulate hot taste.
You need to drink a bottle of water.
Hot taste is a kind of the pain.
It is a kind of tortutue to their tongue.
Some sweat is inevitable when you eat maewoontang.
Catfish is living in the freshwater looks like this.
The restaurant is located in the mountain far from the town.
I didn't understand why people came to far to torture themselves.
Any restaurant was very beautiful. Especially the pinetree stood beside of the restaurant was handsome.
In a large bawl, red maewoontang was served.
We needed to wait for several minutes to stir the soup.
Looks like horrible.
But it tasted great. I sweated on my forehead.
It is funny that peolpe like to torture themselves.
Anyway, I kicked the stress out with this hot Maewoontang.
Comparing to another korean food, Maewoontang doesn't need side dish.
To add hotter taste, red papper is essential.
Maewoontang is perfect with itself.
