My wife tried a new recipe - Coconut Curry Soup with Chicken Meatballs!
It came out very well and was a hit with the whole family. I added a roasted jalapeño to mine, and some extra bread to sop up the soup! Yummy and healthy!

It must be tasty! I have never tried chicken meatballs. We generaly use beef to make meatballs.
This looks very inviting. The creaminess of the soup with those meat beats..omg.😋. I haven’t tried anything like this but the appearance alone says it all… please pass me some ok🥲
