My dad lives in Edmonton so it was a Happy Fathers Day phone call and I sent him something in the mail. I don’t get to see my dad too often but this year it will be twice. He’s coming here in the summer and for Christmas. It’s hreat that he will get to see his grandchildren a little more this year. The pheasant nuggets sound great. I’ve done the crushed saltines and a coating for fish as well. I’ll have to tell you all about my rabbit pie recipe sometime.
