This looks amazing!! Now, I am assuming he is using fresh lobster on these rolls. Being from the Maritimes I am a huge lobster lover and can be somewhat of a lobster snob. I have had lobster rolls all too often that were not made with fresh meat and they missed the mark completely. What I see in your pictures looks perfect. My sister is coming to visit me at the beginning of August and she is going to bring a big feed of lobsters up with her. You can fly them up live on the plane. I'll be cooking them up and doing a post about them.

Yea they said they fly it in every two days. I love lobster more than any food in the world......well maybe a Bronco Brat at the game is up there too!
