Ingredients:
12 pcs long beans
1 pcs Tempe
2 Pete boards peeled off the skin
5 sliced ​​garlic

How to make:

  1. Cut the long beans clean and set aside. Cut the tempe into small pieces and fry briefly. Remove and drain.
  2. Prepare a frying pan with enough cooking oil. Saute onion and white until wilted, then add galangal, ginger, lemongrass, bay leaves and orange leaves, red chili. Stir well. Add long beans and banana stir, then add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and salt, stir and give a little water.
