Absolutely right, what you eat you become that, your food habits should be balanced because that will increase your chances to stay more healthy and keep you more active, now a days life become so fast and people are preferring the fast food or ready made food, that's fine occasionally but if we are eating only these then you need to turn towards organic foods to keep the healthy diet.
