FROM SOYBEAN TURN TO TEMPE
From My latest post we already talked about Tempe....what is Tempe ??? and a lot of benefit can We get by eat Tempe.
Now I'm gonna show you how to make it step by step, it's not easy but not to hard either. Some tips from me are use good ingredients, it's mean use Soybean good quality and always use clean tools so that nothing hinders the growth of yeast.
How To Make Tempe
Ingredients
1 kg Soybean
2 grams Yeast Tempe
Making step
After stirring evenly, move the soybeans into the plastic bags.

Then seal with a candle, do not forget to give holes on both sides, you can stab it with fork. Do it till soybean run out. Save the soybeans in a warm place then wait for 2 days.

Tempe ready to use....
