in #food6 years ago

Coriander is a herbaceous plant and belongs to the category of medicinal herbs.
Seeds and leaves have been used for thousands of years in the Middle East, Mediterranean and Asian countries.
** Coriander (lat. Coriandrum sativum) is a herbaceous plant that resembles parsley in appearance. Some are also called Chinese parsley, and in SAD-u is also known as Cilantro.
Due to its smell and taste it is used in cooking because it refines the taste and smell of dishes.
Of course, we can not in any way forget how much coriander is a healthy plant. In addition to its antibacterial properties that effectively cleanse the body from toxins (poisons and heavy metals), this plant reduces inflammation.
This plant also gives us a multitude of vitamins A, C, E, K, as well as iron, potassium, calcium and magnesium.
Coriander leaves are most effective when eating fresh or drinking freshly squeezed coriander juice.

It is known that :

  • Protects against viruses and bacteria
  • Increases energy and stimulates brain activity
  • It's a natural aphrodisiac
  • Reduces inflammation and pain
  • It has antigenic properties
  • Pure organism from toxins and heavy metals

In patients with cardiac, inflammatory and autoimmune pain, it is recommended to consume Korijandera.
This plant also has natural substances Cineol and Linolic acid containing coriander and these substances greatly reduce the symptoms of arthritis and reume, and the compound Didekanol acts like a real natural antibiotic, reduces islands and encourages the elimination of excess fluid from the body.

Due to the daily exposure to heavy metals such as mercury, lead and cadmium, toxins accumulate over time in the body. And toxins can lead to serious illnesses such as Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy, infertility, kidney disorders, heart disease, tumors.

This plant can extract not only tissue toxins than those from the bones and the central nervous system.
To remove large amounts of heavy metals from the body. Combine fresh Coriander with green algae Chlorine (Chlorella).

Some studies have shown that combination of coriander and chlorine can remove as much as 87% of lead, 91% of mercury and 74% of aluminum from the body within 42 days.

You can also relate Coriander to your home in a pot. If you do not have a deep flower pot, you can use a water bottle (5l) or greater that you can buy in the shop, cut the bottle's throat to a quarter section, and get the width and depth. You can add a little natural fertilizer to the ground. It sits about 1cm below the surface of the earth. Put a pot, a bottle of 5l to a sunny place and fill with the best spray.

If you plant on a larger surface then sowing is different. Align the seed evenly (about 30 cm between the rows) and cover with a layer of soil about 1 cm.

Coriander is best for reading when it grows about 15cm high. Encourage the plant to breed by tearing off 2/3 leaves each week.
