Prejudices: Food from plant sources can not replace meat.

source

How do prejudices arise?

Mostly because of the lack of information, yes not to say the harder words: from ignorance.
The title statement is in fact correct but ... it's just a word game.
The author or authors wanted to say that there is no "one plants source" that can replace the meat, and that is so.
So for example if the meat contains 100 essential substances for the human body, and the best plant food 80 percent,
difference of 20 simply be should compensated from another plant source. And that is it.There is no wisdom.

Combinings are the key to veganism.

Example
A combination of complementary proteins of legumes and cereals!
Since leucine and lysine amino acids are generally present in cereal, while methionine and tryptophan are predominantly found in legumes, the meal should contain both.

You have to know what you entered into yourself and whether it's enough good for your machine.
You can not put your diesel in a car on gasoline.
I will give a review of 21 foods that allow us "equality" with "royal" meat.
(I will not go into depth, only general guidelines,
who is interested in more - go on "google").

If I am (I'm sure yes I is ) something forgot, let me know!

My thinking

As we have seen, the choice is impressive.

What is it about?
Most people are aware yes is meal with fruits and vegetables
healthier, but ...
There are old habits and thoughts.

I think is simply word about pleasure ( addiction about food in some way).

Sort:

Of course, plant cant replaces meat. However, plants can replace all nutrients you get from meat and ad some. Nutrition in meat ain't magical, it comes from plants that the animal eats.

That's right.
The animals are just brokers in the chain.

People prefer the way in which "nutrients" are complex in animals rather than in their original form.
Because of taste and looks.

Nice post

Thank you for stopping by.

This list of vegans is very interesting!
So, however, you can achieve top-notch results no matter what you feed on plants.

Probably and easier,
because the body uses less energy to digest vegan food.
So, there is surplus energy.

Thank you, you have provided tons of information here. WOW
