INGREDIENTS
1/2 kilogram wheat flour
150 milliliters of water
150 milliliters of milk
1/4 cup sunflower oil
1/2 tablespoon of salt
375 grams of white cheese the cheese must be firm, salty and melt
Preparation
1.In a bowl serve the flour, water, milk, oil and salt, you must mix until you achieve a homogeneous mass without lumps.
2.Let stand for 20 minutes
3.Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, until it reaches a thickness of 2 millimeters approx. Then cut strips 1.5 cm wide.
4.Cut the cheese into 1 cm thick sticks
Roll the cheese with the strips of dough. Tighten the ends well to prevent them from opening at the time of cooking.
