We have something like the Hakarl here in the Philippines, locally known as 'Buro' (means sealed or fermented). It's a way of preparing a dish and not really the dish itself though.

in Egypt there is an very old kind of cheese cold mesh this mesh can be only found in very poor families in upper Egypt
