I love a good chickpea coconut curry, this is a beautiful photo!

I have never added baked cauliflower to my curry, it looks so yummy 🤤 I'll give it a try next time?

For how long do you bake the cauliflower and do you use any oil?

    Thank you alot! I use a little olive oil and then bake them in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for about 20 minutes :)
