Oh man, we have been on lockdown for over two weeks here in Spain and my wife just made a batch of Kimchi the other day! She is so excited about it. I can't stand the stuff but she absolutely loves it and has been wanting to try and make it forever. She said the batch she made tastes really good so I trust her hahaha
hehehe my husband is the same! he just looked at it and said "I don't like that" 😂 and he won't even try it!
