Hi guys,
As I promised, today I will write a new recipe for a picnic.
Before the recipe, I must mention some things.
Blanket.
Besides food and good friends, you need a blanket.
Also, you need dishes like plates, glasses, bowl with lid and cutlery. They need to be made of hard plastic. You can buy them in all big markets.
In my last post you can find the recipe for light sandwiches, today I will write the recipe for a picnic salad.

For this salad you need:
- 2 slices toasted bread
- ¼ purple cabbage
- 10-15 cherry tomatoes
- 2 medium cucumber
- 2 scallions
- Arugula
- Spices
Salad dressing:
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Wash all the vegetables
- Make toasted bread
- Sliced on the medium dice all ingredients
- Put all in a bowl with lid
- Mix
- Add dressing and mix again
For salad dressing, you can use my recipe that you can find in my previous posts.
Keep in the fridge until you go on a picnic.
But you aren't ready for a picnic yet, you need some desserts and drink! :)
