Every few months my dear husband and another couple of friends take a break from the routine and go on a food trip. A bunch of gormandizers who love to eat. The group of "Metivy Leshet"- In a free translation it meant someone who love to eat.
Our last trip was to Warsaw, Poland.
Yes, I know it's customary to laugh at Polish food ... pale, tasteless, gray, devoid of spices, etc. Nothing is further from the truth !!! The Polish food is tasty, incredibly spiced (even spicy sometimes), colorful and…have I already mentioned tasty?
My recommendation today is about the polish restaurant –"Soul kitchen" (reservation is recommended).
A restaurant that would smash everything you thought you knew about Polish food. It is considered one of the expensive restaurants in Warsaw, but everything is relative to us (expensive in comparison to restaurants in Poland, cheap compared to restaurants in Israel).

The warm and friendly atmosphere of the waiters and the chefs and the food ... if the pictures could have passed the taste ... I would have recommended a specific dish but as a savory gourmand we tasted quite a few dishes and they were all wonderful.
So next time you think of a delicious destination for a trip, think about Warsaw and do not forget the name " soul kitchen".
