How Disgusting Filipino Food.

The more you explore Filipino cuisine the lesser you get disgusted.

When you think about food you might be thinking about a slice of pizza, the crisp of fries and the chewy tacos in some stores. Most of us grew up eating those foods, binging over TV or must say Netflix and chill.

But when you open your mind about different cuisines you might be surprise how disgusting other country's food. Before someone will bash me about the word disgusting. Hear me out first and you might be surprise how delicious is disgusting food. Understand that every country has distinct culture through foods

MOST DISGUSTING FOOD

Did you know in India there is a drink that they consume for therapeutic purposes and it is called Gomutra a cow's urine. While the urine of a pregnant cow is considered especially potent in hormones and minerals. It is claimed to treat psoriasis, leprosy, fevers, and cancer.

In Italy they served a cheese that is called the maggot cheese or also known as casu modde, casu cundídu, and casu fràzigu. I'm not gonna expound how they eat a cheese with maggots, but it is pretty much normal for them to consume a cheese with maggots.

The Philippines has a lot to offer. Have you tried eating a pigs brain or tried eating head and feet of the chicken? Sounds cannibalistic right? How about internal organs or a fertilize egg embryo, sounds deranged but, in here it is normal.

Before colonization Filipinos were eating mostly native fruits, root crops, meat and seafood. Kinilaw (Filipino version of ceviche) and Tinuwa (Pork Soup) were once a food served to Spanish Colonizer. And after gained independence from Spaniards, Americans introduce their own dishes and more of canned meats. Japanese introduce tempuras. That is why Filipino foods are mix and match with other culture to owning much of it.

When you are in another country explore not in the restaurant but in households. Restaurants are basic when you want to explore food. I know claiming is a sin but try visit Karenderya (House Eatery) there are a lot of different foods that they offer and much real and I claimed it they use fresh ingredients from wet market.
