Hello ,from Bulgaria

In Bulgaria we have grown up with the taste of several dishes. And though we often frown on them as children, we are able to appreciate their taste as adults.

1.Musaka

In fact, most Balkan countries are fighting this recipe, but that does not matter much. Surely the most delicious moussaka you've ever tried has come out of my mom's oven, maybe my grandmother. The delicious combination of minced meat and potatoes does not need to be described, so we direct you to the recipe.

2.Stuffed peppers

The best scenario for this recipe is with peppers pickled from the garden and home-made mince (or at least one of guaranteed origin). Like mousaka, stuffed peppers can be diversified with a variety of products such as bulgur, cheese, various vegetables. They can also be lean.

3.Meatball soup

I admit that as a child I was not a fan of this soup at all, but it is still a canon for the Bulgarian cuisine.

4.Bean soup or stew

Mandatory for the Christmas Eve dinner, this recipe has eaten many generations of Bulgarians. And he keeps doing it! The taste mostly depends on the variety of beans, so choose carefully. You need one that is boiling fast. In addition to the necessary soaking and discharging of the first water, it is good to add salt to the end of cooking to keep the grains hard.

5.Meatballs

We have already paid special attention to all varieties of delicious meatballs, so we will not go into the details.

6.Banitsa

One of the finest flavors that can be spilled from the kitchen is the aroma of the home-baked bread just made out of the oven. This appetizing smell can awaken even the most sleepy heart, even during the most lazy Sunday.

7.Pete

Our friend Sia Ribagina has repeatedly proven herself as a true master of pasta products, in particular the cakes. Recall her most successful recipes to see how talented the Bulgarian woman is.

8.Tripe soup

I admit that after soup beans, this is the other recipe I never loved. On my account, dozens of Bulgarians and Bulgarian women will find themselves, who gladly get the hero of this cucumber!

9.Mish-Mash

The time has come for a recipe without meat. The mouse mash is ready for minutes and prefers to use home-made products. A great spring meal, which is sprinkled with lots of parsley and a bowl of tartar.

10.Gyvech

Or all the recipes that are prepared in a small or large clay pigeon

Bon apetite !
