Que felices los meses de junio y julio en mi infancia, el escuchar el timbre para salir de clases y correr a la plaza Bolivar de mi comunidad a las faldas de un gran arbol de momón, los mejores, los más dulces.
Momento de liberarse del stres escolar y sellar lazos con los compañeros , se manejaba la confianza, lealtad,compañerismo y mas, que dias tan felices aquellos.

Esta entre las frutas mas exóticas del planeta
Mamon o mamoncillo lo entendemos por igual aqui en Venezuela
Se encuentra en ciertos lugares todo el año
Pero en los meses de Junio,Julio y Agosto es su mejor ya mas abundante temporada.
Hablando con una señora cultora del pueblo de Boca de uchire Edo Anzuategui que el mamon no solo se come como fruta,
Que de la fruta y su pulpa se elaboran dulces y la semilla seca y triturada en té regula la funcion de los riñones (cuentaan Los abuelos)
