Good morning Steemians! Sunday mornings for some are meant for sleeping in but for me today in particular, I got up early for this:
This fried noodles originally comes from a particular district called Beaufort. Its unique noodle texture and the fresh vegetable cooking style gives it an extra "umph" because it just tastes fresh and crunchy. For those of you who want to try this out, you may Waze or Google "Kedai Kopi Man Tai". There are a few branches around Kota Kinabalu and you need not take 1 hour 40 minutes drive to Beaufort just to indulge your taste buds. Till the next meal! Happy Blessed Sunday!
