Ingredients:
fresh mushrooms - 300g
small bunch of spinach
1 onion
suluguni - 200g
Butter - 10g
salt pepper
Preparation:
Mushrooms defrost and cut large. Onion cut into rings and fry in butter until golden, place the onion on a plate, fry the remaining mushrooms in the remaining oil. In the baking dish, place mushrooms, onions and spinach and pieces of suluguni, bake at 200C for 10 minutes. Spinach can be replaced with other herbs or not put at all.
