I love garlic buttered mussels. I also do it with prawns and then after cooking the prawns, I add steamed rice and mix it with the prawns flavour. Then dip the prawns in spicy vinegar with onions and garlic.
I also love grilled mussels or oysters. Once the shells start to open, I add cheese in it and let it melt.
