前回の納豆記事でSteem$が手に入ったので、発酵マシンを購入してみた。Voteしてくれたみなさんありがとう！

発酵させたいものによって温度と発酵時間を自動で管理してくれる代物だ。
各コースがあらかじめ設定されており、納豆コースも存在する。
他にもヨーグルト、キムチ、酒、赤ワイン、の全５種類がある。
早速やってみた。
付属の瓶を煮沸滅菌し
前回（リンク）と同様に下ごしらえした大豆を瓶に入れ、マシンに入れる。
ファンクションボタンで、”F２Natto”を選択し、スタートボタンを押す。
あとは、待つのみ。自動で１８時間温度管理をしてくれる。
１８時間後、可愛らしいメロディと共に発酵完了を知らせてくれる。
大豆から納豆へと変身した姿を表した。
表面には白い綿状の納豆菌が。納豆菌が正常に発酵した証拠だ。
今まで（前回リンク）と比べると、保温のための湯の入れ替えを省略できる点で、随分と楽になった。
大豆を茹でて、納豆菌を入れ、マシンに入れるだけ。本当に誰でも簡単に納豆が作れる。
納豆一粒あれば、無限に納豆を作り出せる。
何不自由ない納豆生活が現実のものとなった。
納豆を自作し、毎日食べられるようになり、体調もすごく良い気がする。
好きなものを思う存分食べれるという精神面もあるが、納豆は栄養価が高いことも事実。
大豆の栄養や薬効成分は、発酵し納豆になることで増加する。
納豆菌が増産する栄養素の一部を、いくつか紹介しよう。
ビタミンB2。
大豆100グラム中に0.3ミリグラム含まれているが、納豆にすると、0.56ミリグラムに増える。この増加分は納豆菌が作り出すもので、納豆によっては、B2の含有量が3〜4倍にもなる。ビタミンB2は、体内の脂肪を燃焼させ、肌を美しくし、脂肪太りを防ぐ。
動脈硬化の予防にも役立ち、子どもの成長促進作用、疲労の回復や肝臓機能の向上にも効果があるといわる。
ビタミンK2。
大豆にはほとんどないが、納豆菌が増産する。
納豆に豊富に含まれ、中高年女性の骨を丈夫にする。
グルタミン酸（アミノ酸の一種）
ネバネバの正体。これも、納豆菌が作り出している。
胃壁を守り、腸管の中の食物や老廃物の通りをよくしたり、体にとって毒になりそうなものの排泄を促す。
ナットウキナーゼ
血管中の血栓を溶かす働きのある酵素。
その他にも数多くの栄養素が含まれている発酵食品納豆は、天然のサプリメントと言える。
