Jaghor Baghor is a traditional and very tasty food in Iran.👨🍳
I will give you the recipe for it here..
What to cook with:

| Lung | 500 g |
| Medium onion | 1 x |
| Garlic | 4-5 cubes |
| Medium potatoes | number 2 |
| Medium tomato | number 2 |
| Oil | 1/2 cup |
| Saffron brewed | 1/2 cup |
| Green cumin, lemon round, clove, turmeric, cinnamon, pepper and salt | To the extent necessary |
How to cook:
1. Sliced onion cabbage, and honey with a little oil and turmeric.
2. White liver finely chopped cabbage and add the onion garlic and garlic. We add some boiling water for about half an hour.

سرآشپز فرهاد هستم امروز غذای حسرت الملوک یا جغوربغور درست کردم دستور پختش رو اینجا براتون به اشتراک میزارم👨🍳
جغوربغور غذای سنتی و بسیار مقوی کشور عزیزم ایران استبا چی بپزیم:
جگر سفید 500 گرم
پیاز متوسط 1 عدد
سیر 4-5 حبه
سیب زمینی متوسط 2 عدد
گوجه متوسط 2 عدد
روغن 1/2 پیمانه
زعفران دم کرده 1/2 پیمانه
زیره سبز،گرد لیمو،ساقه میخک،زردچوبه،دارچین،فلفل و نمک به میزان لازمچجوری بپزیم؟
پیاز حبه قندی و با کمی روغن و زردچوبه عسلی میکنیم.
جگر سفید حبه قندی و به پیاز عسلی و سیر اضافه کرده و به آن مقداری آب جوش اضافه میکنیم تا حدود نیم ساعت بپزد.
حالا سیب زمینی حبه قندی سرخ شده ، نمک، گوجه فیله شده را به دیگر مواد اضافه میکنیم و میگذاریم تا مواد طعم بگیرد.
