  4. belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi L)
  5. onion (Allium cepa)
  6. salt

How to make ?

how to make it very simple

  1. wash all the ingredients
  2. puree red pepper, cayenne pepper, union and salt by using mortal (in Indonesia we call it ulekan or cobek) until smooth.

  3. roasted shrimp rebon. In this process we will start by preparing a cauldron or saucer and place it on the burning stove. Make sure the cauld has been hot and we put the rebon shrimp that we have washed before, and in this process is not included anything including oil, stir well so that smells delicious, if it is crunchy and not to burn then we lift.
  4. insert the rebon shrimp that has been roasted into a mortal containing red pepper, cayenne pepper, red onion and salt that has been mashed. mixed while smoothed.
