Super healthy salad with seaweed and red cabbage

Sharing to inspire you to eat something you probably haven't before :) :) Enjoy!

For a big bowl, mix the following:

  • 1/8 chopped red cabbage
  • seaweed. Russian stores have this.
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 bell pepper
  • any cheese. I used mozarella. Avoid to make it vegan.
  • any seeds. I used chia, pumpkin and flax
  • olive oil
  • any vinegar. I used apple cider vinegar
  • salt to taste

Tomato: I didn't put it because the salad gets watery when stored in the fridge. If you like, chop a tomato for every serving.

Spice it up?

  • chili
  • lemongrass
  • turmeric + black pepper (healthy combo)
