I’ve noticed in your introduction a pic of macaroons. You should create a few shades of macaroons in a future post. Most people think they are easy but they do take a lot of time to pull. That could be an exciting one and colourful one above all. Yum!

Ah thanks for the advice and inspo! Yes I would love an excuse to make more macaroons and play with the flavours too. They can indeed be quite tricky to master, but so pretty when done so! Thanks!
