Feeling vegetarian, out of all enticing food item in their SIGNATURE menu, IRON "WO" MAN got me intrested. It has:
Baby spinach
Feta cheese
Roasted pumpkin
Yello raisins
Toasted almonds
Raspberry Vinaigrette
Added Php 50.00 for my meat,
Grilled chicken
My Php 500.00 gave me total of 815 kcal. Gluten-free!
You can also CREATE YOUR OWN.
- Choose betwren SALAD OR WRAP
- Choose your greens
Salad 300/ Wrap 290
- Pick your toppings and ingredients
They have more than 60 ingredients and 35 of those are FREE upon request.
- Then decide for your home made dressing
18 homemade dressing to choose from because 17 is not enough. LOLs
They are very flexible that you may choose whether you prefer ASIAN or WESTERN dressing.
Corn and carrots combo are my preference to add on my plate, not really part of my IRON"WO"MAN dish. ^^
