Ingredients:
1. Eggs - 3 pcs.
2. Butter - 220 g
3. Brown sugar versatile TM "Mistral" - 4 tbsp. l.
4. Vanilla - a pinch
5. Salt - 1/3 tsp..
6. Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. l.
7. Flour (light in the dough - 140 g, in a dark dough - 130 g) - 270 g
Preparation:
1. Eggs boiled hard-boiled, clean, separate the whites from the yolks (whites in this recipe will not be necessary). Cooked egg yolks thoroughly mash with a fork.
2. Mix the softened butter with the brown sugar, salt, vanilla and egg yolks.

3. The resulting mass is divided into two equal parts. In one part add cocoa powder and mix.
4. Then add the flour and knead the dough 2 species.
5. Bright and dark roll the dough into equal size beds (14h9 cm.)
6. On a dark layer of dough to put a light, slightly pressed and put in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
7. Then, the dough layers trim edge with a knife.
8. Cut into 4 equal width plate.
9. The plates of the two types of dough folded two so that the light bar was dark, and the dark - to the light.
