as a chef and a big fun of the asian foods, i think this is one the nice ideas i ve picked from internet this week and that i will try in my restaurant in france soon as a plate of the day,
personnally i like coconut and especially coconut milk when it is flavoured with thousands of nice smelly asian spices.
later on i will post back a photo of my version of your plate.
