In my blog this time I will introduce a traditional food that comes from the city of West Java Bandung is peuyeum. Peuyeum is one of the special foods in the city of West Java bandung, peuyeum itself is a food derived from cassava is preserved with a mixture of certain ingredients, peuyeum itself is a very tasty processed permentation.

Peuyeum is also easily processed by siapun also, because it does not require complicated materials, can also be made by anyone and anytime, the nutritional content contained in peuyeum is not small, peuyeum itself has nutrients in 100 gr of material that is:

1. Energy 173 (kcal)

2. Protein 0.5 (g)

3. Fat 0.1 (g)

4. Carbohydrates 42.5 (g)

5. Calcium 30 (mg)

6. Phosphorus 30 (mg)

7. Vitamin B1 0.07 (mg)

8. Water 56.1 (g)

Indeed much of the nutrients contained in this typical processed bandung, this also can be healthy for us steemian. Okay I will teach steemian all the things that must be prepared to make this peuyeum.

Steps to Make Peuyeum For easy way to make peuyeum, provide the following tools:

1. Bucket or basin

2. Woven cloth

3. Pot to steam

4. Filters

5. Spoon and fork

6. Plates

7. Knives

How to Make Peuyeum Bandung After equipment is available, then provide peuyeum material consisting of:

1. Cassava, if there is yellow cassava then the peuyeumnya results will be better and sweet.

2. Banana leaf to wrap the cassava that has been smeared with yeast.

3. Yeast

4. Water enough to cook.

Then how to make it is as follows:

1. Peel the cassava until clean, then cut into pieces or let it length. Clean the cassava by scrape. Next wash the cassava, drain.

2. Prepare water in a pot to be used to cook cassava. Allow to boil.

3. After boiling insert the cassava that has been drained, then cook until cassava is cooked. Use a fork to see if the cassava has matured.

4. Prepare the yeast, by puree the yeast then place it in a dish.

5. After the cassava is cooked, remove and drain.

6. Place the cassava on a wide bucket, then the fans to cool quickly. Hot cassava can not be supplied with yeast.

7. After the cassava is cold, coat it flat with yeast one by one. Cassava will look like sprinkled with refined sugar.

8. After all smeared with yeast, prepare the container for cassava fries.

9. Fencing container with banana leaf, then insert cassava.

10. Tata neatly and make sure the air inside is warm. Close the cassava composition meeting, first with a banana leaf then with the lid of the container.

11. Place the fermented container in a safe place and do not open before the time. Peuyeum that opened repeatedly before the time, then the result will not be good.

12. Leave cassava in the ferment for 2-3 days. See, if it is soft and feels sweet then peuyeum your work can be enjoyed.

Peuyeum not only can be enjoyed instantly, with a sweet and slightly sour sensation. Peuyeum can be burned or fried according to taste, so as not to be boring.   It's not difficult to make this peuyeum, you do not need to go far to Indonesia in Bandung to enjoy peuyeum, you can do it and make it at home.

Good This is all I can say to all steemian, hopefully my writing this time can give feminine value for steemian and also useful for all of us. See you again...

Woff, woff!

Hello @ftryfitri, Nice to meet you!

I'm a guide dog living in KR community. I can see that you want to contribute to KR community and communicate with other Korean Steemians. I really appreciate it and I'd be more than happy to help.

KR tag is used mainly by Koreans, but we give warm welcome to anyone who wish to use it. I'm here to give you some advice so that your post can be viewed by many more Koreans. I'm a guide dog after all and that's what I do!

Tips:

  • If you're not comfortable to write in Korean, I highly recommend you write your post in English rather than using Google Translate.
Unfortunately, Google Translate is terrible at translating English into Korean. You may think you wrote in perfect Korean, but what KR Steemians read is gibberish. Sorry, even Koreans can't understand your post written in Google-Translated Korean.
  • So, here's what might happen afterward. Your Google-Translated post might be mistaken as a spam so that whales could downvote your post. Yikes! I hope that wouldn't happen to you.
  • If your post is not relevant to Korea, not even vaguely, but you still use KR tag, Whales could think it as a spam and downvote your post. Double yikes!
  • If your post is somebody else's work(that is, plagiarism), then you'll definitely get downvotes.
  • If you keep abusing tags, you may be considered as a spammer. It may result to put you into the blacklist. Oops!

I sincerely hope that you enjoy Steemit without getting downvotes. Because Steemit is a wonderful place. See? Korean Steemians are kind enough to raise a guide dog(that's me) to help you!

Woff, woff! 🐶

thank you for helping me, continue to help my upvote so I can grow in the world of steemit @krguidedog
