Ahh! There is an Easter basket load of scrumptiousness in your post, but I have to say I am a sucker for peanut butter cups and I am intrigued by your vegan take on the recipe. I am definitely going to give that one a try, well, I would like to give them all a try, but some of them are going to have to wait until I venture forth into the store realm again.
