Crepe Cake! Delicious and simple to make it!

I sow a picture of this delicious cake a week ago in a page of Facebook.
I adore it! This is a simple method to make a delicious and in the same time cheap but chic cake!

Amazing appearance and delicious taste.

I made the recipe and the result was amazing!

You want the following ingredients:


It is nice the fact that you can use a different ingredient to fill the crepes. Everything you want!

Dark chocolate (melted), only nutella, fruit jam, berries, nuts, cinnamon etc.
Imagination and preferences is the key success about final result!

I used Nutella and creme patisserie and I decorated with pancakes sirup and fresh flower from my garden.

For crepes:
4 eggs
1 and 1/3 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 cup of all purpose flour


Step by step crepe creation: 

  1. In a medium bowl beat the eggs like omelet
  2. Then put all the ingredient and beat it together to make a smooth creme without any piece 
    -the secret in this step is to put the flour in the bowl very slow and in the same time to blent with a fork quick
  3. Then heat a pan 
  4. Put a small spoon of butter in the pan and wait to melt
  5. Cover the pan with a big spoon of creme of crepe (wait some seconds)
  6. Turn the crepe to the other side
  7. Repeat the process with the other crepes and make 30-40 crepes
  8. If you want a higher size make one more portion of this recipe 

Fill the crepes with:

Patisserie Creme and Nutella

Patisserie Creme Ingredients:

4 eggs Yolks
60 gr caster sugar
25 gr flour
2 tablespoon cornflour 
280 ml milk

Ready to make patisserie cream:

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar for some minutes to make a smoothie cream
  2. Heat the milk until it boiled 
  3. Put the flour with cornflour in the first bowl with cream of eggs and sugar and beat it
  4. Put the milk and continuo to beat it
  5. Then put the whole lot in a pan and stirring all the time before boiling 
  6. Take the pan off the heat
  7. Your creme is ready

Combine the Cake:

  1. Put in a plate the first crepe and fill it with creme patisserie
  2. Repeat but now cover the slice of crepe with Nutella
  3. Repeat again and again the same process until the crepe slices will be finished

For decoration:

 I used a sirup for pancakes and some flowers from my garden

Your Cake is ready!
