People who lives outside Asia didn't try Samosa. Samosa is a kind of food which is not eaten as proper food. Its eaten with tea specially at evening time.
Its famous in Asia specially India and Pakistan, also served this food for guests who came for greeting.
Samosa is a mixture of Potato, meat (all kind of meat is used), and other Masalas (Spices). All these mixtures are then put into flour and then packed in flour.
Samosa is then fried in Oil, after brownish colour appear the food is taken out and ready to eat.
Along with Samosa, Chatni (liquid spices) is also used.
