They are delicious! Crickets are the california rolls* of insects. I expect there to be more choices once people get used to eating or seeing them. If you haven't already, try chocolate-covered crickets.
*California rolls are sushi rolls made with simple ingredients. They were meant to be an introductory sushi roll for sushi newbies.
