Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients:
Tomatoes 5
Oregano one teaspoon
Salt (According to your taste)
Oil one tablespoon

Method:
Cut tomatoes in circular.
Put oil, salt and oregano on it.
Roast them for 8-10 minutes.
Ready to serve.

They are the greatest source of Vitamin A and C. It also contain Antioxidants which is used to neutralize dangerous radicals.

Extremely healthy recipe, i also add yellow and red bell peppers to the tray and the three make abundant of anti-oxidant rich food as a salad to relish...mild dressing adds a lots of flavour to it.
healthwise I know this would be good....my concern is how does it taste?!
Tomatoes have a sweet taste and can also be salted, they add a great taste to dishes, I like it. your tomatoes appear delicious of course I will try your recipe 👍🏼
